Barbara works beyond fundraising to include leadership training and executive coaching for nonprofit staff. Committed to sharing resources and connecting their network. Coaching is all about the client, their needs, where they are and where they want to go.  Ultimately a strong, confident staff person serves the organization and its people better. 

Coaching assignments are unique to each person and organization.  Our comprehensive approach allows for direct reports and managers to benefit from the coaching process.

To serve her clients, Barbara attends a variety of conferences, nonprofit courses and for-profit leadership training. She reflects on current trends and consider forward-thinking ideas to determine the best solutions for her clients. She also keeps current through regular reading of professional journals, various books on the for- and nonprofit sectors, Internet research and sharing thoughts through her blog, Talisman Thinking Out Loud and email newsletter.
