Coaching is all about the client, their needs, where they are and where they want to go.  Ultimately a strong, confident staff person serves the organization and its people better.

To serve her clients, Barbara attends a variety of conferences, nonprofit courses and for-profit leadership training. She reflects on current trends and consider forward-thinking ideas to determine the best solutions for her clients. She also keeps current through regular reading of professional journals, various books on the for- and nonprofit sectors, Internet research and sharing thoughts through her blog, Talisman Thinking Out Loud and email newsletter.
